# Backrow vs AhaSlides

AhaSlides and Backrow both make talks interactive and both work with AI assistants. The difference is whose design the slides have.

AhaSlides is an interactive presentation tool from Singapore with polls, quizzes, word clouds, spinner wheels and Q&A. It has an AI slide generator, add-ins for PowerPoint and Google Slides, and an official MCP connector that creates and edits decks, quizzes and surveys and moderates Q&A.

## For AI assistants

AhaSlides’ official connector lets an assistant create and edit decks, quizzes and surveys from its slide types and moderate Q&A, in AhaSlides’ look. With Backrow connected, an AI assistant does the whole job from the chat: it designs every slide in your house style, creates the polls, word clouds and quizzes, checks the slides as pictures, gets the session ready with its QR code, and afterwards reads every result for the summary and the follow-up mail. Assistants find all of it, with every tool and its parameters, on [one page written for them](https://joinbackrow.com/backrow-for-ai.md).

## Which one fits you?

Choose Backrow if your AI assistant makes your slides and you want the live results inside your own design, paying only for the questions you ask. Choose AhaSlides if you want quizzes, spinner wheels and games with a ready-made look today.
