Backrow vs Mentimeter
Mentimeter and Backrow both let a room vote and ask questions from their phones. The difference is who makes the presentation and whose design it has.
Mentimeter is a widely used interactive presentation tool from Sweden, founded in 2014. You build presentations in its editor from its slide types: multiple choice, word cloud, open questions, scales, ranking, Q&A and quizzes. For AI assistants
Mentimeter’s official connector lets an assistant create and edit presentations from Mentimeter’s slide types, in Mentimeter’s themes. With Backrow connected, an AI assistant does the whole job from the chat: it designs every slide in your house style, creates the polls, word clouds and quizzes, checks the slides as pictures, gets the session ready with its QR code, and afterwards reads every result for the summary and the follow-up mail. Assistants find all of it, with every tool and its parameters, on one page written for them.
